Alejandra cumple 4!

Alejandra had her first real birthday party this year and she loved it... she wanted to celebrate at her gym and she had fun jumping with lots of friends! Happy birthday Alejandra!

Alejandra tuvo su primera fiesta de cumpleanos este ano y le encanto.... lo queria celebrar en el gimnasio y se lo paso en grande saltando con todos sus amigos! Feliz Cumple Alejandra!

There is nothing like some fun days with my family... this year we had the chance to go to Mexico for 5 days full of adventures. We had time to swim, to see some ruins (Tulum), to enjoy promenades in our hotel and the village of Playa del Carmen and to visit the park Xcaret... we will be back in June with the Villanuevas and we can not wait!!!!!

No hay nada como pasar unos dias con mi familia... este ano tuvimos la suerte de ir a Mejico durante 5 dias que estuvieron llenos de aventuras. Tuvimos tiempo de nadar, de ver unas ruinas (Tulum), de disfrutar de paseos por el hotel o por el pueblo de Playa del Carmen y visitar el parque de Xcaret... volveremos en junio con los Villanuevas y no podemos esperar!!!!

Friends / Amigos

In June 2012 we said good bye to our dear neighboors Cristina, German, Marifer, Juanpa y Panchita. We miss them a lot. It was great to see the kids all play together in the street during these past years. We want to visit them in Mexico soon!

En Junio despedimos a nuestros queridos vecinos Cristina, German, Marifer, Juanpa y Pachita. Les echamos mucho de menos. Ha sido estupendo ver jugar a los niños en la calle durante estos ultimos años. Queremos visitarlos pronto en Mejico!

Jungle Island

In May 2012 we also visited Jungle Island in Miami. Steve's company had a family piknic there and it was a lot of fun... we saw many animals, specially parrots!

En Mayo de 2012 tambien visitamos Jungle Island en Miami. La empresa de Steve hizo alli un piknic y fue muy divertido... vimos muchos animales, sobre todo loros!

May 2012 / Mayo 2012

And May 2012 is a very important month because it is the birthday of our lovely son Gabriel. We do not celebrate every year with a big party, but this year we did! We had lots of friends over for a great "Ninja Party".
Initially the party was going to be held in a park, but a huge storm made us change the location in the last hour.... at home! crazy!
I have to thank Marina and Barbara our great "Ninja warriors" that came to our rescue and worked so hard to make all the games really fun for the kids... we played a lot, you can see in the pictures that they all had a great time... so at the end, great success.
And the incredible cake was made by our friend Damaris... a true artist! Thank you soooo much!
Happy 8th birthday Gabriel!

Y el mes de Mayo es muy importante para nosotros porque es el cumpleaños de nuestro querido hijo Gabriel. No siempre lo celebramos con una gran fiesta, pero este año si lo hicimos. Vinieron muchos amigos a celebrarlo con una gran "Fiesta Ninja".
Inicialmente la fiesta iba a ser en un parque, pero una gran tormenta de ultima hora hizo que cambiaramos de sitio en la ultima hora... y se hizo en casa! una locura!
Tenemos que agradecerles mucho a Marina y Barbara nuestras "guerreras Ninja" que vinieron a nuestro rescate y trabajaron duro para hacer que todos los juegos fueran muy divertidos para los niños... jugamos un monton, y podeis ver en las fotos como todos se lo pasaron muy bien... asi es que al final... un gran exito...
Y la increible tarta la hizo nuestra amiga Damaris.. una verdadera artista! Muuuchas gracias!
