A trip to the beach / Un viaje a la playa

Today we went to the beach right after Gabriel’s haircut. Isn’t he cute? The beach was so beautiful although a little cloudy… they say tonight we will have another big storm.

Hoy hemos ido a la playa despues de que Gabriel se cortara el pelo. ¿A que esta guapo? La playa estaba tan bonita aunque un poco nublada… dicen que esta noche habrá otra gran tormenta.

My new nephew Matthew / Mi nuevo sobrino Matthew

This weekend we met our nephew Matthew. He is absolutely adorable.
As you can see in these pictures he is also really handsome. We feel so blessed with this new addition to our family. We love you Matthew!
We also had the annual “Family reunion”… it was great to see everybody.

También celebramos la tradicional “Fiesta Familiar” … fue estupendo poder ver a todo el mundo.

Since I spent my summers in France with the Perez Family as a teenager, I have been in love with Boxers. Boxers are pretty unknown dogs, yet the sweetest in the world.

The family had a few boxers…. but I only met Steffi, their boxer during those years… I will always remember how she slept close to me in bed… as now my own boxer Coco does!

I want to share a few pictures with you about the Perez family boxers.

Oxanne just had an operation, and our thoughts are with her… we want her to be soon recovered! I love boxers!

Desde que pasé mis veranos en Francia con la Familia Perez siendo adolescente, he estado enamorada de los boxers. Los boxers son unos perros bastante desconocidos, pero sin embargo son los mas dulces del mundo.

La familia ha tenido varios boxers… aunque yo solo he conocido a Steffi, su boxer durante aquellos años… siempre recordaré como ella dormia cerca de mi en la cama, como ahora hace mi boxer Coco.

Quiero compartir unas fotos con vosotros sobre los boxers de la familia Perez. Podeis ver a Steffi y Oxanne. Oxanne acaba de ser operada y nuestros pensamientos estan con ella… queremos que se recupere muy pronto…. Amo a los boxers!!!

Meet Kelvin Aiden Louie/ Conozcan a Kelvin Aiden Louie

When we first moved to this area we immediately looked for a Chinese restaurant. One of our friends really recommended us a restaurant in Bridgman, China Café. The restaurant is owned by a couple, Helen and John, and located in an old bank building.

After 4 years eating there pretty often we have become very good friends with them and we visit them as much as we can!

Helen had a baby boy last June, Kelvin Aiden Louie.

He is so cute and such a good baby.

Today, the 13th of August we joined them for a celebration. Please enjoy the pictures.

Cuando nos mudamos a esta zona por primera vez, inmediatamente buscamos un restaurante chino. Uno de nuestros amigos nos recomendó sin dudarlo un restaurante en Bridgman, China Café. El restaurante tiene como dueños a Helen y su marido John y se encuentra en un edificio que hace años fue un banco.

Despues de 4 años comiendo alli bastante a menudo nos hemos echo buenos amigos de ellos y les visitamos todo lo que podemos!

Helen ha tenido un niño en Junio, Kelvin Aiden Louie. Es precioso y muy buen niño.

Hoy dia 13 de agosto no hemos unido a ellos para celebrarlo. Disfruten de las fotos.

Coco

Esta es mi perrita Coco. Es preciosa y muy buena. Coco tiene 4 años. Es un boxer, cariñosa y paciente.

Esta es una foto reciente de mi hijo Gabriel. Tiene 3 años. Es un niño estupendo. Estoy muy orgullosa de el. Gabriel disfruta mucho en el colegio y tiene ya muchos amigos.
