Paella Time / Tiempo de paella

Our friend De came home two weeks ago to cook for us two amazing Paellas. Paella is a typical Spanish dish made of many different ingredients and rice. Our Paella was a mix of Vegetable Paella and Seafood Paella. It was delicious. He also cooked a simpler version for the children.

Deo came with a Spanish family that is living near Chicago for the next years. They have Jaime, almost Gabriel's age and Lucia. Gabriel had so much fun playing with Jaime. I love having people from Spain over, it was a great Sunday.

At the table with our friends. En la mesa con nuestros amigos.

The kids' Paella. La paella de los niños.

Almost ready to eat, supervising everything. Casi listos para comer supervisando todo.

Deo works in the Paellas, he is like a professionnal chef. Deo trabaja en las paellas. Es como un chef profesional.

This is a new picture of my belly.
