Goodbye Michigan / Adios Michigan

Our departure day for Florida approaches and all our friends are saying goodbye... we are happy for our new life but also sad for the people we will miss.

Nuestra fecha de partida hacia Florida se aproxima y nuestros amigos nos dicen adios... estamos contentos por nuestra nueva vida pero tambien tristes por la gente a la que echaremos de menos.

Cindy, my friend came home to say good bye, but we may see each other in Florida next year!

Cindy mi amiga vino tambien a despedirse a casa, pero quizas nos vemos el año que viene en Florida!

I also had a goodbye lunch with my coworkers, Debbie, Tracy and Jayne Ann.

Tambien tuve una comida de despedida con mis compañeras, Debbie, Tracy y Jayne Ann.

These are our loved teachers, Miss Kim and Miss Sue (left and right). We said good bye yesterdat to them... we were so sad.

Having good teachers is so important in life... and Gabriel has been extremelly lucky. We will miss them a lot, but they promised that they will visit us soon. We are going to keep in touch with letters... a good way to practise our writting as well as our gratitude.

Estas son nuestras queridas profesoras, la Sta Kim y la Sta Sue (izquierda y derecha). Les dijimos ayer adios... estabamos tan tristes.

Tener buenos profesores es muy importante en la vida... y Gabriel ha sido muy afortunado. Les vamos a echar mucho de menos, pero nos han prometido que nos visitaran pronto. Vamos a seguir en contacto con cartas... una buena forma de practicar escritura asi como el agradecimiento.

We brought some presents for the teachers and this is the package we chose, with a big Christmas tag that has Gabriel picture on it.

Les llevamos unos regalitos a las profesoras y este es el emboltorio que elegimos, con una gran etiqueta navideña que lleva la foto de Gabriel.

On the last day I did a presentation about Spain at school, and the children loved it. I asked them to pose for me with the flag and here they are all saying 'Spainnnnnnnnnnnnnnn".

En el ultimo dia hice una presentacion sobre España en el colegio y a los niños le encanto. Les pedi que posaran para mi con la bandera y aqui estan todos diciendo " Españaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa".
