Why it is so different? Well,... kids enjoy different things, out of the ordinary. For instance, first thing is that they stand up and they have to give a little speach about how old are they, what do they like, what are they going to do... and the rest of children listen as if it was the most important conference, respect.
Then, because it is Gabe's special day, he washes his hands first and helps to set up the tables for lunch... rather than thinking that it is a tedious task, they love to be in charge of that... Gabe got some extra help from a girl as it was a lot to do in a short period of time. He was also in charge to distribute people in their tables. Of course everybody wanted to sit with him
I had the privilege to have lunch with them... I sat down with Gabe and some friends at their table and we had lots of fun talking about countries and some other things... I also enjoyed "invisible french fries"... my favorite!
We brought some natural ice cream and they loved it. Then everybody participated on cleaning and the lessons started again.
Por que es tan diferente? Bueno los ninos disfrutan de ciertas cosas fuera de lo comun. Por ejemplo lo primero que hacen es que se ponen de pie delante de todos y tienen que dar un pequeno discurso sobre que edad tienen, que van a hacer, que es lo que les gusta... etc y el resto de companeros escuchan como si se tratase de la conferencia mas importante.... respeto.
Despues puesto que es el dia especial de Gabriel es el que primero se lava las manos y ayuda a poner la mesa para comer... antes que pensar que eso es una tarea aburrida les encanta estar al cargo de eso... Gabriel recibio algo de ayuda de una nina ya que habia mucho que hacer en un corto periodo de tiempo. Tambien estuvo al cargo de distribuir a la gente en las mesas. Por supuesto todo el mundo se queria sentar con el.
Tuve el privilegio de comer con ellos. Me sente con Gabriel y algunos amigos en su mesa y lo pasamos muy bien hablando de paises y de otras cosas... tambien disfrute de "patatas fritas invisibles"... mis favoritas!!!
LLevamos helado natural y a todos les gusto mucho. Despues todo el mundo participo en la limpieza y las lecciones comenzaron de nuevo.
